Reading programmes

This address was the front door to the reading programmes: pick the one that fits your family or your group, then register.

By 2015 L4LL ran the summer programme in two tracks. For families: a ten-week programme from 1 June to 10 August, “infused with cultural images and themes,” with Latino children's book recommendations and literacy activities to build reading and writing. For groups: free that year, with educators registering a group, receiving an official group number, and handing it to their students so their reading could be followed over the summer.

Registration opened on 1 May. The Spanish-language front door was /lectura/.

What the programme actually contained is described on the programme page. This address kept its links because a great many teachers and librarians pointed their students at it.
